Welcome to NeuralPath Study (we, us, our) accessible at neuralpathstudy.top. These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our platform and services related to neural network education and research resources.

2. Services Overview

We offer a range of services focused on neural network workshops, personalized coaching sessions, and group seminars (Services), digital learning materials (Info Products), and physical goods such as printed guides and merchandise (Goods).

3. User Obligations

You agree to use our Services in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

4. Fees and Payment

Payments for Services, Info Products, and Goods are processed via our secure checkout. All prices are listed in CAD and include applicable fees. By confirming a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you are not satisfied with a booked session or workshop, you may request a refund within 7 days of the event date. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. You may also request to reschedule a session at no extra charge, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

5.2 Info Products

Digital materials are available for review upon purchase. If you find the materials unsuitable, you may request a refund within 10 days of download. Refunds approved under this policy will be processed within 7 business days. Once access to the materials has been confirmed beyond usage tracking thresholds, no further refunds will be permitted.

5.3 Goods

Physical items (printed guides, merchandise) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a refund, contact us via our contact form. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue the refund within 14 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For Services, you may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the session start for no fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session or no-shows will not qualify for a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the applicable Service, Info Product, or Good.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada without regard to conflicts of provisions.
